EU FP-7 funded project M-Rect

The unique UV absorbing qualities have qualified Solaflon in the EU FP-7 funded project M-Rect.

In this project a Solaflon® coating successfully protected the highly UV instable but ultra-light and strong PEEK honeycomb structures against UVA, UVB and UVC radiation and also Gamma radiation as the PEEK material was tested for application in space programs.
